Seriously, rain just absolutely screws over almost all of Blaine's strategy. From powering up his Fire STAB to giving Slither Wing a Protosynthesis boost, rain makes that all go away and then some. If you're doing this, just keep your Pelipper for at least until after Mega Charizard Y goes down.
