今日はヒヨコマメカレーを作ります。


〈2人前 ヒヨコマメカレー)

ヒヨコマメ (ゆでて)chickpeas 200gm
トマトペースト Tomato paste 100gm(1個)
たまねぎ ペースト Onion paste 150gm(中1個)
グリンチリ Green chilli 2本
ターメリックパウダー Turmeric 1/4tsp
レッドチリパウダー Red chili 1/2tsp
コリアンダー パウダー Coriander 1tsp
クミン パウダー Cumin 1tsp ガーラムマサラ Garam masala 1/2tsp
ニンニクすりおろし Garlic 1tbs 生姜すりおろし Ginger 1tbs
パクチー Coriander leaf 1tbs
油 Oil 3tbs
塩 適量 Salt to taste
