ingredients I used;
Fried Sushi Dipping Sauce: 1:2 Ratio
100 grm Normal Mayonnaises or Japanese Mayo
200 grm Sweet Chilli
(mix and Grand it )
Creamy Avocado Sauce
1 full big Avoacdo
1 small T-spoon Himalayan rock salt or Normal Kosher salt (Adjust as per your test)
2 small T-spoon rice vinegar
Skin of lemon or lima
2 small T-Spoon Sugar
1 Small T-Spoon Lima juice
½ Small sesame oil or olive oil
(mix and Grand it) also if you want extra flavor you can add mint or coriander or salsa as per your test
Sweet Mango Sauce
1 Full Sweet Mango
½ orange juice
4 Table spoon rice vinegar
2 Table Spoon Sugar
1 Table Spoon Lemon juice
(Cook it till – it becomes thick / don’t forget to add 1 small T-Spoon Cornstarch mix with cold water) so it will help to make more thickness )
Tasty Garlic Mayo
4/5 clove of rough chopped garlic
200 grm Normal Mayo or Japanese Mayo
Sesame oil and Hondashi
(Fry garlic on sesame oil till it becomes golden brown and add hondashi then mix with Mayo and grand it )
Sweet Orange sauce
300 ml orange juice
3 T-Spoon Rice vinegar
½ T-Spoon Sesame oil for extra level of aroma
2 T-Spoon Sugar (Optional)
Mix and boil it and don’t forget to add 1 small T-Spoon Cornstarch mix with cold water) so it will help to make more thickness. Put in chiller after 1 hours take out and grand it.
