Ingredients for Curry Rice (4-6 Servings)
Beef (or any other meat) 400g
Frying oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic 2-4 cloves (approx. 15 g)
Ginger 1 small piece (approx. 15 g)
Onion 2-4 (approx. 400-500 g)
Carrot 1-2 (approx. 300 g)
