How to make Coffee Jelly 〜コーヒーゼリー〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make Coffee Jelly. You may think, that it is absurd to make Jelly with Coffee, but actually it is quite delicious, a refreshing sweet invented by Japanese. This coffee jelly has become famous among Weebs from the Anime of "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.", since the favorite food of the main character, Saiki Kusuo, is coffee jelly. This is very easy to make and refreshing to eat.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

- Water 2 1/2 Cups
- Coffee beans (ground) 4 Tbsp
