In this video, I am showing how to make Japanese style mushroom pasta, with variation of mushrooms, butter and soy sauce.This combination may sound strange, but it is actually very delicious and also easy to make. This is also vegetarian and if you take out butter, then it will be strictly vegan.

Ingredients for Spaghetti Napolitan:
Spaghetti 100 g
Sauce:
- Garlic 1 clove
- Scallion 1-2
- Eringi/King trumpet mushroom 2-4
- Oyster mushroom 2-4
- Shitake mushroom 2-4
- Mushroom 2-4
- Olive oil 1 Tbsp
- White wine 1 Tbsp
- Salt & Pepper 1/4 Tsp each
- Butter 5 g
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
